Small Storytime was created from a simple, personal place. After spending time babysitting my nephews and friends’ children, I noticed how much they loved short stories – especially the ones that felt calm, thoughtful, and easy to listen to. Those moments made it clear that children don’t always need loud or overstimulating content; sometimes, they just need a good story, told with care.
The idea grew into a platform built around small stories with purpose. Small Storytime offers short written and audio stories across a range of kid-friendly genres, designed to spark imagination while gently encouraging kindness, respect, courage, and empathy. Each story is created with intention, keeping young listeners engaged while supporting emotional growth and positive values.
At its heart, Small Storytime is about shaping better moments and, hopefully, better habits. By creating stories that feel safe, warm, and meaningful, the goal is to help guide growing minds toward being more thoughtful, respectful and curious about the world around them – one small story at a time.
